Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the strawberries, kiwi fruit, sugar, and mint. Set aside.
Make the Yogurt Topping
In a small bowl combine the yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey.
Stir to combine. The yogurt should be slightly thin but still hold its shape.
Place ½ cup of fruit in a small bowl. Serve with the yogurt topping on the side or top with 1 tbsp of the yogurt topping.
