Instructions
Toast the bread on both sides until lightly browned.
In a small bowl, mash the avocado and mix in the lime juice, zest, and paprika.
Spread each slice of bread with half the avocado mixture. Top each avocado toast with 2 tablespoons of chickpeas.
Notes
You can roast your own chickpeas or use prepackaged ones. I like the Biena brand when I don't have time to make my own.
